- $200 – Graduation parties*
- $125- Funeral luncheons (no charge to Balkan residents)*
- $150 – Birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, small gatherings*
- $300 – Anniversary celebrations*
- $350 – To use the main room, kitchen and meeting room*
- $400 – To use the main room, kitchen, meeting room and pavilion*
- $175 – Pavilion rental*
- $150 – Large meetings in the main room*
- $100/$125 Commercial Kitchen rental
* Balkan Residents receive a $25 discount *All Sunday rentals will need to be done cleaning by 5 PM.
A damage deposit equal to the rental amount is required. If alcohol is served, an additional $100 deposit is required and a certificate of liability must be provided by your insurance carrier.
